How To Remove An Integration From An Account

Have you extracted all the information from your data that you can? Finished with the Storyboard for this integration? Removing and integration is just as easy as adding one!

Before removing an integration, it is important that the integration is clear from all of your storyboards.

  • If you are using a storyboard that has more integrations than the one being removed, remove all attributes within the story board containing the one being removed. All other attributes that are linked to other integrations can remain. The storyboard does not need to be deleted.
  • If you are using a storyboard that only uses the integration that is being removed, you can simply delete the story board all together.

Removing the Integration

  1. Once all precautions are taken, start at the initial screen after login and navigate to the vertical tool bar on the left of the screen. Click on the third option, “Data Manager.”
  2. The window will shift to the list of data integrations that your organization has already implemented. Find the integration that you want to remove. All the way to the right of that Integration will be an icon that looks like a red trash can. Click on this icon.
  3. A window will appear that will ask you to confirm your deletion. Double check to make sure you selected the right integration, then click “Yes, delete!”

You’re all done! As a sign of success, you will no longer be able to see the integration from your data manager.
