Why Didn’t I Receive my Account Confirmation email?

The key-of-access to your account is – of course – your email. Optix will provide a confirmation email once subscribed to confirm that you are the recipient of the account and all of the private information that it entails.

If you have yet to receive your confirmation email from “support-optix@vantage.com,” try one of the solutions listed below:

Check Your Spam Folder

If you didn’t receive your Account confirmation email, please check your Spam folder to ensure it wasn’t blocked. 

Check Your Profile Preferences

If there’s no email in your Spam folder, please make sure that the recipient’s email address is correct.

Add us to your Contact List

Lastly, add ”no-reply@databox.com” to your list of email contacts, or ask your administrator to whitelist the email address in question.

If you’re still unable to find the link, please contact our Support Team via chat or send an email to ”help@databox.com” with the Account name and email address you want to confirm. We’ll take a closer look and will re-send the confirmation link if necessary.
